What topics can I approach you with?

You can come to me with any topic—especially in the professional sphere—leadership, change, the complexity of processes.... For example, it can be about executive coaching, team processes, intercultural aspects, remote work....


Risk and security

Stress, complexity and still feeling well? New beginnings that need leadership, as a questioning of one’s own capacity to survive (Richter/Groth); change or not, for everyone or for a few; fast or sustainable or both? Learn from extreme cases in order to prevent them. Is it worth it? In the end, it’s about deciding. 

Personality and organization


What defines me, where do I want to go, what is good for me, how do I stay healthy..? (Me) What is possible, what should I do, what must not be...? (Organization). Me and my role. Meaning and existential crisis


Questions of meaning in chaos—there’s hardly a way without new perspectives on them. What does ... mean to me? Turning ideas upside down. Or first simply classification and orientation: politically, culturally, ecologically, in the long term. Flipping a switch within yourself: short-term relief or sustainable, future-proof strategies? Understanding (accepting) or action (fighting)? 

Connection and conflict

Quality of life through relationships arises from meaningful connection. Setting boundaries or communication as a tool with my opponent... and also: what can I learn from them? Conflict—irreconcilable contradictions or a strategy? Underneath lie needs, values, relationship history. Manage conflicts thoughtfully—repair, but also learn to escalate. Show integrity and anticipate consequences = prevent crises. 

Ambivalence and clarity

How do I perceive things at all? How does that influence my actions? Am I stubborn—everything always stays the same, I see it this way, and that’s how it is. What is that good for? Am I a leaf in the wind—every day is new, I constantly see everything differently. What is that good for? How can I move from being affected to taking action? A lot is possible as long as I accept the consequences—pros and cons. Can I expand the pie and create more possibilities?    

How much time should I invest and what are your coaching prices?

For private individuals and non-profit organizations, I offer my services starting at €100.00 per hour. For simple concerns I recommend 2 sessions; for more complex concerns, 4 to 10 sessions.
